Meet Our Staff!

Dr. Pam Doubek, Veterinarian
 		Pam Doubek, DVM is a 2002 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Current memberships include: American Animal Hospital Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, Society for Theriogenology, the National Labrador Retriever Club. Dr. Pam and her husband Rod live north of Des Moines in Melbourne, Iowa, where they raise Labrador Retrievers. You can see their website here: Penara Labrador Retrievers. Pam and Rod run the clinic together. It is their life committment to provide pet owners the degree of dedication and service they deserve. Dr. Pam attends multiple conferences yearly, going way beyond the required continuing education to keep an active veterinary license. In addition to medicine and surgerical continueing ed, Dr. Pam attends the biggest canine reproduction conference every year in the US. She believes in keeping up on all the newest internal medicine research and surgical techniques available as well as cutting edge canine reproduction.
Rodney Doubek, Hospital Manager
 Rod has been our full time manager since November, 2009. Rod has perfected many tasks as manager and beyond. You will find him answering the phone, running the computers, running our lab station, holding animals, cleaning and doing many things for us here at NWVH.
Casey Conway, Veterinary Technician
 Casey joined our staff in October, 2011. She has been a veterinary technician for 7 years. Casey has great communication skills, organizational skills and technical skills. She has australian shepherds, cats and horses.
